Data Deletion
Last updated: August 11, 2026
1. Overview
This page explains how to delete information held by Orbit. For the data we process and why, read the Privacy Policy.
2. Disconnect a platform
Sign in and disconnect a platform from the Connections page to stop Orbit from publishing to that account. A normal disconnect preserves the channel's publication history and reconnecting the same channel restores its association.
Select "Also remove upload history" in the confirmation to permanently delete that channel's Orbit records, including uploads, statuses and recorded post identifiers. This does not remove videos that were already published on YouTube, TikTok or Instagram; delete those on the relevant platform.
3. Delete individual uploads and files
You can delete individual destinations from the Videos page. Removing every destination for a video releases its staged file. Uploaded video files are temporary: they are held only until all destinations reach a final state and are then deleted automatically; files associated with failed uploads are removed by the scheduled cleanup.
4. Delete your account
Email privacy@fluxcore.website from the address used for your Orbit account and request account deletion. We will remove your account record, connected-platform authorizations, publication history and staged video files, subject to any limited retention required by law, a dispute or fraud prevention.
We will confirm completion by email and respond to deletion requests within 30 days. We may request information necessary to verify that the request comes from the account holder.
5. Removing Orbit from Meta
Removing Orbit from Instagram or Facebook settings revokes access on Meta's side, so Orbit can no longer publish for you. That action alone does not erase data already stored by Orbit; disconnect the account in Orbit or make the deletion request above.
