Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 30, 2026

1. Controller and scope

Orbit is operated by Marco Pérsico, CUIT 20-38644923-7, of 12 de Octubre 3015, Córdoba, Argentina ("Orbit", "we", "us"). Marco Pérsico is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact us at privacy@fluxcore.website.

2. Information we process

We process the name, email address, avatar and account identifier supplied by the sign-in provider you choose; OAuth tokens and connected channel identifiers; uploaded videos and publishing metadata; publication statuses and links; and technical information such as session, security and error logs.

Please do not upload personal data or content about others unless you have a lawful basis and the necessary permissions.

3. Why we use it

We use this information to create and secure accounts, connect the platforms you choose, process and publish content at your instruction, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate incidents, and comply with legal obligations.

Where applicable, our legal bases are performance of our agreement with you, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and securing Orbit, and consent where it is required. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

4. Sharing and international processing

We share data only as needed to operate Orbit: with Hetzner Online GmbH for application and database infrastructure; Cloudflare R2 for durable media storage; sign-in providers Google, GitHub and Discord; and the platforms you choose to connect, currently YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. Connected platforms process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Infrastructure, storage, or connected-platform processing can occur outside Argentina or the country where you live. We limit sharing to what is necessary for the stated purposes and use appropriate contractual, technical, or organizational safeguards where required.

5. Retention

We retain account information and publication history until you delete your account or ask us to delete it, unless a longer period is necessary for a legal claim, fraud prevention, or another legal obligation. OAuth tokens are kept while a connection remains active.

Files uploaded only for publication are transit files, not permanent storage. They are deleted after every destination reaches a terminal state when no destination failed; files associated with failed uploads are removed by the scheduled cleanup window. Media deliberately saved to the library and project outputs are durable account content and are retained until you delete them or request account deletion, subject to any limited retention described above. Technical and security logs are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted or anonymized where feasible.

6. Cookies and device storage

Orbit uses only essential authentication, OAuth-security, interface-preference cookies and local device storage. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for names, purposes, durations, and controls.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data and OAuth credentials. No internet service or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation, access, correction, update, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, portability where applicable, information about sharing, and revocation of consent. To exercise a right, email privacy@fluxcore.website from your account email and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity.

We respond to account-deletion requests within 30 days. Argentine data subjects may also contact the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP); Brazilian data subjects may contact the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).

9. Service availability

At this stage, Orbit is intended for users in Argentina, Brazil and other Latin American countries. It is not intentionally offered or directed to people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If that scope changes, we will update this policy and our compliance measures before actively offering the service there.

10. Children, changes and contact

Orbit is not for children under 13. Users who have not reached the age of majority where they live may use Orbit only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

We may update this policy when our service or applicable law changes. We will post the updated version here and change the date above. Questions or requests: privacy@fluxcore.website. Legal matters: legal@fluxcore.website.
